How calls work

  1. Each call is published here with a code, project, scope and deadline, and its link is sent to registered contractors and suppliers.
  2. Applicants complete the registration form with the call code and attach the requested documents.
  3. After initial review, technical documents and the price form are sent to shortlisted firms.
  4. Selection weighs quality, similar experience, schedule and price; barter offers for units or project shares are also considered.

Delivery quality through connected details

An execution partner’s capacity to make a component is assessed in relation to the whole. Materials, installation, coordination with drawings and activity sequencing need to be considered alongside time and cost.
