A lake framed by mountains
On the heights near Kelardasht, a site facing a lake and forest is being studied for a tourism and villa retreat. The core question is how to build in a landscape this sensitive without spoiling it: small volumes stepping down the slope, footpaths instead of roads, and shared spaces that send guests outward to the view and the seasons.
The programme combines tourist accommodation with independent villas. The project is at the study and permitting stage; more detail will follow once approvals are in place.
