Mahmoudabad or Izadshahr? Start from the Way You Live

Question one: how many days a year?

If you stay a few weekends a year, access from Tehran and ease of upkeep in your absence matter more. If you stay for months or permanently, the town and daily services become important. This question usually has more effect than price.

Question two: what services do you need?

Banks, everyday shopping, town centres, health services, cafes and a lively seafront matter more than view and facade for someone planning a long stay. In Mahmoudabad, Hess-e Zendegi is being built at Darya 28, near the beach, and also has access to town life. Check distances with documented figures and on the map, and rely only on what is confirmed.

Question three: what kind of space?
