Azhianeh Life Projects

Azhianeh / Life Projects
A house can be described with plans and measurements. Life in it is better known through small moments: the morning light on a table, a short walk to the shade of a tree, a place for a child to play, room for solitude, work or time with other people. Azhianeh Life Projects begin with these moments. Before we think about the form of a building, we think about how people relate to a place. Architecture should be a setting for life, and its quality should still be cared for after handover.
Of the houses you remember, how many square metres stayed in your memory?
01

We imagine life first

What stays with you from a house may be the sound of rain on the porch, or evenings when a conversation with a neighbour began without any plan. These memories happen by chance. But the space that gives them room can be designed.

At Azhianeh, we look at comfort inside the home and the quality of the space outside together. A window is not only a frame. It shapes light, privacy and the connection to the seasons. A path is not only a way to arrive. It can be a place to pause and meet. Small decisions like these make the difference between owning a building and truly using a place.

02

The Life Plan: before we draw a line

The Azhianeh Life Plan, called the T&Z Life Plan, starts from this point. Before deciding how much to build, we need to understand how the land will be used. What does a family need? What capacity and limits does nature set? Where do work and solitude happen? How do services keep the quality of the place?

Economics, feasibility and upkeep are part of this approach from the start. A space that goes unused, or is hard to look after, is not made complete by a beautiful image. The Life Plan is not one fixed form for every site. It is a way of considering people, place and the project's future together.

Four projects, four ways of approaching life

In one setting, mountain mist and calm are the starting point. In another, it is the view and how a building relates to it. Elsewhere, it is life between houses. And in a coastal building, it is the horizon and shared space. The four projects share one way of thinking, but they are not meant to give the same answer.

04

Morning, work, play and a chance to do nothing

A good day does not have to be full of activities. Sometimes a place to sit on the porch is enough. Sometimes a child needs room to explore, and an adult needs a quiet corner to work. What matters is the freedom to choose.

In the Life Projects narrative, solitude and company are not opposed. The threshold of a home, a footpath, a small shared space and controlled views can help someone who wants to be alone feel at ease, and give someone who wants company a chance to connect. Architecture cannot guarantee human relationships. It makes room for them to form.

05

Nature and culture are part of the design decision

For us, being nature-led is more than adding trees to an image of a building. Light, slope, rain, shade, views and upkeep must shape the layout and the details. The value of a porch is not only in how it looks. It also depends on how it is used across the seasons and how it connects to the inside of the home.

The culture of a place can also appear in food, materials, ways of sitting and links with local producers. These links mean something only when they are real and mutual. In designing a tourism experience, local people and their daily lives should not be turned into a staged backdrop.

A second home in the north, with more reasons to use it

Choosing a second home is not only choosing a holiday destination. It is worth asking how much the family will use it, how the house will be looked after, and whether shared costs suit the owner's way of life. For some families, silence comes first. For others, it is neighbours and a place for children to play. For some, it is longer stays and flexible work.

Life Projects take these differences seriously. When considering a villa purchase in the north, understanding these needs should go alongside checking the property, the contract and the services. A clear picture of the life you want is where choosing begins. Clear project information is the basis for the decision.

After the keys are handed over, who looks after the quality of this life?
07

Quality must be able to last

Landscape, building systems, cleaning and shared spaces need a maintenance plan. Services that sound attractive at launch should also be clear about cost, who is responsible and how they are used. When defining a project, Azhianeh treats these questions as part of the design.

Preparing the home, accommodation services or rental management may be considered in some models. Their scope must be set for each project separately, in that project's own documents. No general image or narrative replaces the formal terms of the services and the obligations of the parties.

08

Value comes from how well decisions fit together

A project's value does not depend only on how the building looks. How well the product fits what its audience needs, the quality of design, feasibility and keeping quality over time all play a part in assessing it. For a buyer, personal use and the cost of ownership matter. For an investor, the partnership structure and the economic model. For a landowner, the chance to turn the potential of the place into a project that can be built.

If you are looking at property investment in the north, or at developing a piece of land, the conversation should begin with your aim and the project's information. Returns, rental income and price growth cannot be concluded from an introductory text.

09

Which way would you like to start?

To get to know the projects, look at how each destination feels different. To discuss ownership or an investment partnership, write the project name and your aim in your request. If you have land, or need design and development services, start with the general location of the land, the main problem and what you expect from the project. You do not need to know every answer at the start. We only need to define the problem well.

Frequently asked questions

What approach do Azhianeh Life Projects take?

This collection looks at architecture together with way of life, nature, services and the logic of development. Each project gives a different answer to its setting and its audience.

How do the four projects differ?

Z MIST focuses on the mountain experience, the project near Kelardasht on the relationship between house and landscape, Z VILLAGE on neighbourliness and family life, and Z VIEW on a coastal residential building, its terraces and shared spaces.

Does presenting these projects mean sales or reservations have started?

No. To learn the current stage, the possibility of cooperation or any possible terms of offer, ask Azhianeh for up-to-date information on that project.

Can a landowner also send a request to cooperate?

Yes. A first request can include the general location of the land, the kind of cooperation you have in mind, and the information you have for an initial review.
