Life Projects / Z MIST
Imagine a morning when you notice the change of light and the drift of mist before you look at the clock. The day may still hold work and plans, but it also has room to walk, to eat and to be with family. In Azhianeh's account of the Nowshahr uplands, Z MIST is about this balance: a home we measure not by area alone, but by the quality of the time spent in it.
If you had no morning rush, where would your day begin?
01

Mist and mountain, before the form of the building

In the Z MIST design approach, slope, view, light and the rhythm of the seasons guide how the building is placed. The aim is not to cut the building off from its ground. The entry path, the terrace and the window each become part of arriving and staying.

This thinking has to reach the details: a place for wet clothes, an entrance that works in bad weather, a warm corner to sit in, and a clear relationship between inside and outside. A sense of place comes from these decisions, from an architectural response to the conditions of that particular site.

02

Living in a more precise space

In smaller units, the point is not to squeeze a city home into less room. Light, the place for belongings, storage, views and the terrace should all support daily use. A good space lets rest, conversation and work sit side by side without unnecessary disturbance.

When choosing a second home in the north, a more practical question than big or small is this: does the space fit the number of people, the length of stay and the way we use it? Each family may answer differently.

03

A day between solitude, food and nature

In the Z MIST living scenario, part of the day can pass in the quiet of the unit, and part along the paths, in a place to eat, or in a small gathering. A child's contact with soil, plants and the seasons is part of this view too, along with the need for visibility, a well-lit path and suitable supervision.

Food can build a relationship with a place: seasonal produce and real collaboration with local producers. This describes a direction for the experience. A confirmed restaurant plan, activities and services must be set out in the project's official information.

The seasons, each with different needs

Spring, autumn and winter do more than change the colour of the view. They change how outdoor space is used, how people come and go, and what maintenance requires. A four-season story is credible only when design and services respond to these differences.

In the concept images, water, warmth and shared space are part of the proposed experience. The existence and final specifications of any facility must be confirmed from the project documents. Wellbeing in this design view is also not limited to a spa list. Sleep, movement, light and the chance to slow down all matter.

05

Working from nature, only with real infrastructure

For someone with flexible work, a suitable work surface and a quiet space can change how long a second home gets used. But a view does not replace a stable connection and good working conditions. When considering a longer stay, the state of communications and the facilities you need should be clear before you decide.

In this section, Z MIST aims to open up choice. It does not promise infrastructure that has not yet been confirmed in public information.

When you return, is the house waiting for you, or for its backlog of chores?
06

When you are not at home

For a second home, preparation and upkeep are part of owning it. Cleaning, care of the building systems and coordination before arrival can be considered in a service model. If rental management is defined, the owner's rights of use, costs, responsibilities and the terms for leaving the arrangement must be clear.

This page explains the possibility of examining such a model. It does not announce rental income or that any service is active. A decision about ownership or investment needs up-to-date product information and the official terms of that project.

07

Explore Z MIST in light of your own needs

If the mountains, calm and a second home are part of how you picture life, look beyond the name and the view. Talk about how you would use it: how many people, for how long, and what you expect from services. Azhianeh presents this project by setting the living experience and the development logic side by side. Contact begins with understanding this fit.
